Most grateful that was able to participate in the discussion trip with DCS and fellow TZs.
Many laughter holding on the pillar. A common point is that communication is very important.
One take home message for myself is 勇于承担 no point talking so much but not taking actions.

1st Bridemaid experience with a Rude Apprentice

Very busy n packed October! With 2 weekends burnt at vegetarian food fair~ 

And my English class at Prayer hall on weekday evenings..

100 days after my wedding, recently attended 2 wedding banquet as MrChng's partner.
And got my 1st time experience as a "Sister" it was horrifying i would say :X
I was approached like 5 days before the wedding, agreed upon to help since i would be on leave..
I was shock that very morning when i saw what was prepared for the gate crash! OMGGGGG!酸甜苦辣!

I would say they were LUCKY it was me who was not satisfied with the service.

1 of their crew (pretty sure an apprentice) who was rude n impatient (TSK TSK) thus decided to blog about it..

Shall elaborate further.. 

The couple took up a package with this bridal studio decided not to mention name here for $4xxx from JB 

Initially i thought it was super worth it as i thought it was in RM but hey! It was not so~

Okay, it's not about the money, but about the service!

Well i didn't ask for the details but from what i observed throughout the day:

- 10 hrs video n photo n MUA (SME included)

- 2 set for groom n 3 sets for bride. 

- THAT'S ALL 

I shall get more details from the couple when i have time.. But oh seriously!

Okay, it's not about the package, but about the service!

My collection n trial is in Kovan, considering very far, and they have to go down to JB~ Alemak!

I've got mine with my sibling's gown / suit n my fathers got their suit too.

Erm, that might be exchange for the video-grapher? 

Ohhh i even got an album for 1 day Pre-wedding shoot~ 

They had 4 crew n 1 MUA that day, who arrive early (compliment) 

Quite sure 1 senior photographer, 1 senior video-grapher  and so other 2 was apprentice.

How could i differentiate? 

1) When the crew could give clear instruction n idea while we do the shoot.

I hate it when the photographer ask us to do free style, Alemak! 

One of the crew did a good job by giving us instruction to let bride have this "slide" at the playground

Deep impression was when rude apprentice instructed the 'sister' to enter the room before the groom?
HUH?! never heard of this before, for myself, is the groom make his way then the crew.
I doubt him and question, what he answer was simply rude: 
"OHHHH, I HAVE GOT 100++ EXPERIENCE IN THIS, YOU SHOULD JUST LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY"
*Roll Eyes* 

2) When the crew could the perfect shot / view in 1 good take w/o us re-doing / clapping / smiling.
So we enter the room after gate crash, poor groom standing outside =.="
By the count of 3 all clap and cheer~ 
(Well we are force to do that, definitely happy for the couple but clapping was not from within)
This clapping cheering was repeated 3 times =.="  

The second incident was at the end of the day, where i think the senior crew must be dead tired.
The other apprentice took out video shoot along the seaview, and re-do again and again for 3 rounds!
Hello seniors, you think only you tired meh? Torturing us to re-do the video!

3) When the crew is patient with request. 

When i told her to touch up on bride's hair to harden it as it keeps covering her forehead.

And that rude apprentice try to talk crap =.="

Saying that ohhh her hair was not long nor short that we couldn't clip it up.. 

Seriously MUA already putting more hair spray what's your additional comments?

Another impression incident, when we were taking out shoot and having some uncle on bicycle come along.
So few of us moved to the side to let the uncle pass, it was interrupting the shoot obviously..
The impatient rude apprentice (AGAIN) "Hello what you doing, cannot follow instruction" 

With so much tolerance, I have decided to write up this post...
Do hope the studio would do something to that "Bad Egg" 
Whom was rude n has given bad impression to their name.
Will definitely warn the young couple out there when they asked for advice..

Back from Korea~

The second trip to Korea!
Overall was a great trip to meet with new people & visiting new places & relax mood~
Our $600 was not enough for both of us (spent $200 in Laneige + Innisfree and $100 for our sister's product) and exchange another $150 with Mr&MrsTeoh... Thank you!
Will definitely plan a trip there again with our parents!

Only 3 complains
- Fellow aunties shopping & taking pictures for hours
- Vegetarian diet was very very inconvenient
- Shops were closed on Sunday

Made new friends in the trip aka the couples

Enjoyed the time spent together #withtheboythatstolemyheart

I'm having short hair~ And whenever i cut my hair short, it is an indication that i'm struggling, and i need to let go, i need a change!

Having low morale recently from work which got affected by me :( Lost motivation and direction. Please give me some time and strength within. Hope that after 30 working day i shall recover!

Engaging Reflection Photography & The Chungdam Studio~

The experience with Lawrence & team was awesome! 
With kiasu singapore spirit, jackie actually enquiry to them more than a year ago i guess and they follow up with us very well~ We took a customise package from them :D Through the few interaction with Lawrence, is always fast in response & he really have good patience with my very particular request especially on the design of instant prints :X His partner did a great job on the video too, offering us good suggestion in selection of music for the morning highlights and capturing wonderful moments! The only regret i have is that my guest we more keen in food than snapping at the booth :X Thus not able to use much of their many many many variety of props :/ hahahaha! Having many friends taking Pre-Wedding shoot in Taiwan, We decided to go to somewhere else. Flew to Korea in year 2014 after our ROM to meet Clara & took the opportunity for Pre-Wedding Shoot with Thechungdamstudio we liaised with a friendly English spoken local Jamie - manager who was responsive and introduced a great package for us which cater very well to our needs... We manage to complete the shoot in just 1 day The makeup artist and crew know how to recommend their gown to us which suits us perfectly... Very memorable and enjoyable experience to them :D  Giving them a 5 star rating! You can see they got wide variety of background and gowns... We took the package with outdoor shoot and went to Namsangol Hanok Village. Manage to capture the beauty of korea culture with exclusively sunset shot :D  One of the best decision made, so friends if you are keen to explore Korea and could spare 1 day then go ahead to engage them :D

Got our Keys in Early Dec 2014

Renovated the house until Mar 2015, moved in.

House Warming in 26th Sept where we intended to have this date pick for our wedding! 

Didn't have enough funds as we spent 60K in the renovation :(

And decided to complete single-hood with the last thing to do, announce it officially with banquet~

A very helpless process i must say, not having much help from my parents.. They are supportive in reminding but they didn't do much.. Reason being? Ohhhhh because their wedding was planned and organized by their parents, they know nothing in details.... Hello? It's my first time also right?! What nonsense! Nevertheless, i thank god that it's finally over~

Next up! I shall be looking forward to Honey Moon Trip and I shall then upload all the pictures into Facebook~ Slowly but surely I shall blog about other vendors whom we have engaged!

For Today, would like to blog about my experience with The Velvet Doll 

As you can see, out of soooo many dresses i have in my wardrobe, I've specially selected this for my Singapore Pre-Wedding Album~ I've met Yina in real when i supported MingYuan during his singing competition K个2击队 many years back.... It was then i notice her on social media~ And been secretly admiring her... I would pretty much get almost all those products she has in her post (might be sponsored =.=") such as life-plankton-essence (being tooooo lazy, this didn't works for me) and even got myself a MINI Limited Edition NESCAFE DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine! (crazy right, and i didn't use it for a year)......... And finally when i got my first AWS in my wholelife, i got myself the first flora dress~ Seen Yina posted on instagram and decided to get 1~Wore it to TingFeng & XueYi's wedding, and i do hope it looks fine on me~ HaHaHa..... This white jumpsuit got it when i think they got sales~ Hahaha~ And i didn't struggle when i made my choice to have my bridesmaid their yellow dresses! I got my 2 item to let them try out their sizes, and well it fits perfectly on them... Something amazing i must say, the off shoulder dress comes with pocket! One of my sister actually commented that "你很肯花钱" at the back of me, was thinking the quality is good and as long as they look great, why not?

My Experience with Glamorous

As my wedding dates drew nearer, many things i'm slowly preparing..
This includes buying a nice bling bling shoes!

I found this post on Facebook having "sales" on heels etc etc.
So I created an account, and ordered a nice pair of shoes got pre-wedding shoot~

It stated in their email that this would take 15 working days = 3 weeks for delivery..
Thus i waited and waited since my wedding shoot still got 1 month to go~
What disappoints me what after 3 weeks, i got no sight of the shoes, had to call them personally..
It was then they responded to me that my order was out of stock, requiring my to make another order!
Shouldn't you have told me earlier, and now days before my shoot i need to get another pair of shoes!
LOUSY MAXIMUM~

In order to 补偿 they actually gave me a $59.90 voucher back into my account so that i could get another pair of shoes.. I was so disappointed that it didn't bother me... Until few months later,
i saw my colleague who actually successfully got a shoes.. So i hop into their website and order another pair of shoes, this time round, they replied quite fast when my order is out of stock!

As CNY approach, i tried again~ Finally, they email me with delivery details~ And i when i open the shoe box! Alemak! not the pair of shoes i ordered!

How does that pair of shoes look any closer to my order?!
Dang! Troubled me to email them, call them again & again!
Due to CNY, 1 week later, they sent someone to collect the shoes from my door step.
And tried to exchange back to my order.
Thankfully and Finally i got my shoes!

It was quite a horrible experience, probably due to luck~ but the quality of the product is really not bad! cant wait to try it on my wedding! cheers~

Wedding Mood On~

Nothing much took place last week~ Met up with my BFF in secondary school~ Makan at XinManYuan @ Chinatown, it was a good catch up despite the fact that XMY doesn't serves DimSum :(

Having such a beautiful wedding invitation card~ We are still deciding to get them gold printed or hot-stamping (the cost would double) :/ any sponsors out there?

And went to Chinatown for a short walk! 

Congrats to cousin Joy & blissful marriage ya! Those pre-wedding photos taken in SanYa were awesome!
